I cant even gather the effort it takes to type what is wrong 

 

i texted lifeline and they sent me here 

i feel like a burden to everyone

I’m sorry to hear your struggling as much as you are. It’s really difficult when you feel like a burden. I personally also consider myself a burden. But I find I feel better when I remember that others are willing to be burdened by me for some reason or another and that’s a choice they choose to make. Everyone is going to be a burden now and then and that’s okay. We can still contribute and have value even when we can’t see it. I’m glad you were able to reach out to lifeline and I really hope this forum can be a source of support for you.
