I think you'd need to provide much more information

If you do have a job, but need over 6 weeks sick leave, centrelink can provide temporary help

If you don't currently have a job, but have recently. Your family is likely your best resource for things including lodgings and safety. You might apply for incapacitated job seeker (or whatever the current name is)

Disability Pension has several requirements. I'll let you state your situation in more detail first. It's a lot to type out if it might not suit your circumstances

Welcome to our community @Hopefulfuture, it's so lovely to have you here.

This is such a great question and one that many of our members have pondered upon at some stage, myself included!

I think the best initial step could be reaching out to your GP for a mental health care plan, where you can explore therapy for further support. Your GP can also provide a mental health certificate that you can share with your employer, which may allow for time off or accommodations to your workload.

Overall, it may be helpful to look at what you're finding challenging, what you need support with, and what specifically needs to shift or change? So many things can impact our sense of mental wellbeing, and perhaps some extra support and nurturing could help right now - In which case, you've come to the right place!

Looking forward to your reply. 💛
